I am paying over $500 for LifeLock Ultimate, Norton 360 and, for my wife, Lifelock Standard.
Why am I repeated being told I have to pay more to get my personal information removed from personal information data broker databases? Most of the alerts include false positives, which is interesting since LifeLock has my PII (personally identifiable information) and should know who I am and who I'm not. It's pretty clear to me that my name, age and address (history) should disqualify me from the false positives. So, either Norton-Lifelock's developers are sloppy or lazy, or they and Norton-Lifelock management just doesn't give a shit, as long as they get my subscription payments.
Norton-LifeLock is beginning to look like a scam. I'm beginning to wonder if I should contact the FTC or FBI.
I continually get advertisements and pop-ups for protections I should already be receiving.
The message center is useless. Does Norton/Lifelock have any customer support? If so, why can't I find it?
I followed earlier advice concerning turning Norton advertising. I changed my settings but I guess Norton's marketing department disabled them.
It's not easy (or even possible) to contact REAL support in any way. Do the folks at the FTC or Justice Department know how to contact them? Clearly, the support functions on the website are useless.
