VPN is Volatile. Have to Remove all Norton Files and Re-Install.

Norton support cannot install a 'stable' Secure VPN. I have to remove all Norton 360 files (RemoveNortonMacFiles terminal) and then reinstall the whole programme to get the VPN to go green and allow me to connect. This happens each time I have to  reboot my Mac OSX Sierra.

I have been a faithful client of Norton for about 18 years, I am paid up until April of 2023, then I will renew, my credit card and bank accounts had been hacked, I feel it was hacked through Norton, I do not feel like I should jump through hoops to re instate my account, which should be working and is not...please fix this, and I will renew again in April. when all my accounts are secured.
