Hard Drive Failed, Installed new SSD, Reinstalled Windows, Re installed Norton 360
Went to the dashboard to restore my backup from the cloud - cloud back-up demanded to be set-up. Clicking on it did not offer any restore function.
It said "there is no current backup" yet it knew I only had 13.6Gb available out of the my 100Gb allocation.
How do I reconnect to the cloud and recover my data?
