After HDD failure & Windows 10 re-install Norton not showing prior cloud backup

Hard Drive Failed, Installed new SSD, Reinstalled Windows, Re installed Norton 360

Went to the dashboard to restore my backup from the cloud - cloud back-up demanded to be set-up. Clicking on it did not offer any restore function.

It said "there is no current backup" yet it knew I only had 13.6Gb available out of the my 100Gb allocation.

How do I reconnect to the cloud and recover my data?

after Norton re-install.  Users need to re-create their backup sets.

Users backups are stored online/cloud.

I read all the referenced info. I reinstalled Norton 360, set up and ran a small backup. When I tried to restore, only this back-up was listed, no sign of the recovery data I desperately need.

 I can find the back-up sets listed if I log on to My Norton but that only allows recovery of one file at a time, the backup has 68,000+. The backup was an image of my C:drive just before it failed.

How can I access this back-up for a full restore?

When you started the restore function, did you click on View All in the Restore From section? That should list all backup sets in your cloud storeage.

Yes, clicking on View All only shows the current backup. “View all Backlog Sets Online” shows everything is there including the new Set. I repeated the process from reboot to reinstall and ran another backup. Going to restore, only today’s backup set was listed. Nothing else. Finally , I re-ran the backup. On restore ONLY the latest backup file was listed, not the prior one from earlier today or any others.
