I was charged for 2 different subscription

I was charged for 2 different subscriptions.  One looks as if I just bought back in February and the other not due to renew until Nov.  Have tried the support options on the website but nothing happens.  No option to speak with anyone.

Norton Support is via Chat or Phone.  No Email support.

Allowing all Norton pages content helps me reach Live Chat Agent.
Typing "Live Agent" in the Chat dialog helps me reach Live Chat Agent.

as test: Chat from Edge ... okay for me.
