If you got an email about that subscription it is probably a scam. Check the email senders address against this information.  Is this email from Norton legitimate?  If it is a scam, just delete the email.

If the PM you sent was the contents of the message you received, that is definitely a scam. They want you to call them and give your banking information so they can refund you. What they will actually do is WITHDRAW from your account.

Just delete the email.
