When I sign in to my account I am immediately signed out!

When I go through the sign in process for my account, I am immediately signed out with a banner saying

"Your security is important to us. You've been signed out due to inactivity or an expired session. Please sign in below."

This just repeats itself, over and over.

Hello Pascha. There are several threads here on the forums, where customers are having issues accessing their accounts. I am forwarding the links to these threads to a Norton contact hoping someone will intervene. Please follow this post for someone providing or asking for more information.

Thanks. I read the threads, and then tried signing in with Google Chrome and was successful. so, it is a problem with Microsoft Edge browser. I still don't know how to solve it, but I can work around it.
