There have been a number of false detections recently. There was an update to the 360 app that is supposed to help with this. Be sure you have the latest version of 360 from the Apple App Store app and then restart your device to see if that resolves your issue.

When I follow your steps to open the browser in incognito mode and go to that website all that happens is I'm brought to a website that says Welcome To Norton in really small letters in the upper left corner of the page.

If you see that message and not a message about a certificate error, then you do not have the certificate error that that test is for.

I would suggest uninstalling 360 from your device, restart the device and then reinstall 360 and test.

reinstalled and still the same. so I turned on the log and sent in the results
