New Here... how do I report a fraudulent email from someone alleging to be from Norton and sending me bills for Norton services

I have gotten several emails about renewal of my services. How do I get this to stop? What is Norton's policy to stop people using their name to extort funds from someone that may or may not know whether the email is legit or not? This is close to when I renew even though I know that it's been renewed already, I still looked and then checked to make sure nothing was charged twice.

Isn't email extortion a crime?

asking for myself since my friend told me that you'd probably have something to say about someone using Norton in an email scam.
