Waiting for you to install Norton Family

I have subscribed to Norton Family Premier and installed the client app on a kindle.  I have tried to install the iPad client on an iPad but I am left with the following message being shown in the Configure Family console 'Waiting for you to install Norton Family'.

Even though the client appears to be properly installed it does not appear to connect to the family account.

In the Configure family page I have two children (one associated successfully with the kindle and the other has a red exclamation mark on the avatar).  Only one device (the kindle) is shown In the list of Devies no matter how many times I try  and add a device such as an iPad.

How can I add more devices?  Why are the client apps I download on devices I try and add not identified in the service?

Hi CHpoiuyt,

We currently monitor Windows and Android OS, and don’t monitor Mac OS devices and IOS devices used by kid, like ipad/iphone.  The parent is able to setup house rules and see online activities on IOS devices.

Where can I find a list of compatible operating systems/platforms to host Norton Family Premier?

Which platforms are compatible with being monitored and which platforms are capable of running the supervision software??

Why isn't this clearly visible on the specification page on the website???

Just poor documentation.
