Security 2017 continues to ID incoming emails as spam

Hi,

Am running Windows 10 - Outlook 2010 and Norton Security 2017.

Settings:

ALL UPDATES - current.

Outlook - NO automatic filtering

Norton Security - Antispam OFF

But...I am still having emails directed to Outlook's "Spam" folder.  Which is inconvenient, to say the least.

Any solution that I'm not aware of....or is this simply a bug of some sort?

Thanks!

John

......and Norton Security 2017.

Hi John,

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums!

Before we can reply to your question, we need to know which Norton version is installed on your machine. For some years now the Norton products have no longer been marked by the year but with the version. Norton Security current version is  22.8.1.14.

To find which  version you have: Norton main product window > Help > About.

Thanks.

Re: Security 2017 continues to ID incoming emails as spam

Hello Jony

Do you use ports 25 & 110 for email? Email gets scanned when using those ports.

Thanks.
