Backup Unable to Find Drive
Hi there, I have a network drive that's mapped to a drive and set to automatically reconnect upon logon. However, whenever I manually or automatically backup I receive an error message that it us unable to find the drive. But, if I navigate to the network drive and open the drive using Windows Explorer, then go back to Norton and re-trigger the backup it's able to start the backup.
Has anyone else encountered the same issue? I've searched the forum and have not found a similar post. Is there a way to avoid having to manually open the network drive for the backup to find the drive?
