Bounced Emails

Having spent 2 hours now Trying to report an Issue with Symantec Endpoint I think (Im looking at the product from this other end of the internet).

The problem is (apart from the lamentable lack of ability to contact Symantec directly) is, emails from my personal domain are being bounced when I send emails from home to my work email address. I need help in fixing this

These forums are for the Norton home based products. Try contacting Symantec support at     https://support.symantec.com/en_US/contact-support.html

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

been there wasted 2 hours trying to make contact!. Anyone know of some other route to contact any one at samantec?

How were you trying to contact Symantec? Phone, chat? When I went to Symantec.com, I had a little Contact Us at the bottom of the screen . That offered a phone number and a call back option.
