Norton anti-spam marks emails as spam. When I click on "this is not spam" I expect the email address to be added to the Allowed List and conversely "this is spam" should go on the blocked list. However, the only thing in Allowed is my Outlook contacts.
I called tech support and they said that the Lists should be updated when I designate spam/not spam. But when I go into Norton under Allowed and Blocked it looks like I need to add the addresses manually. Manually is a pain in the neck.
How is this supposed to work? How can I get it to work correctly?
