Outlook Norton Tab - Open Norton AntiSpam button disappears

I have Norton Antispam integrated into my Outlook 2013 on both PCs.

On one of the PCs I regularly find that the Norton Antispam button on the Norton tab menu bar has disappeared.

I can't reset by using "Customise this Ribbon". I have turn off within Norton, close Outlook, turn back on in Norton then restart Outlook.

I don't think it happens on the other PC which (theoretically) is set up the same or at least has both Outlook and Norton.
