Unable to install Norton on Win-10

Hello,

I am trying to install Norton app on two (2) Win-10 machines (machine-01, machine-02). I am able to install on either, but as soon as I install on the next machine, Norton gets unsubscribed from 1st installed machine & the top-right SIGN-IN link/button disappears (screenshot attached).

I have un-installed, re-started machine, re-installed several times. Even shut down both machines for 20 minutes, unhooked modem for 10 mins, but the problem continues. I have Norton on several other machines, but never had this issue in the past.

Kindly assist.

Thanks.

Re: Unable to install Norton on Win-10

Log into your My Norton Account.  In the upper right corner next to your name mouse over user icon.  Select My Subscriptions.  It will show you which version you currently are using such as Norton Security, Norton 360 standard, Norton 360 deluxe.

Re: Unable to install Norton on Win-10

Norton 1040,

in order to determine the number of licenses you are allowed, we need to figure out which Product Version you have such as Norton Security Standard, Norton 360 Standard, Norton 360 Deluxe, etc.

Please log into your My Norton Account and look in the upper right corner next to your name and mouse over user icon.  Select My Subscriptions.  You should see something similar to picture below.  Look where the Red Arrow is and note which Product it says you have.  Next, look below at where red box is and note how many licenses it states.  Please post back this info.
