AntiSpam no longer working

Greetings,

Norton AntiSpam is no longer working for a subfolder in Outlook (version 16.0.13530.20132). It still works for the main inbox folder. Nothing in Outlook has changed. I tried rebooting and re-registering the add-in. What else can I try?
