Minecraft Launcher only able to run in Admin mode Still

Hello.  I thought this was fixed previously, but the issue continues to occur.  After installing Norton Family and Norton 360, my child can't run Minecraft launcher (v 1.0.1.0), the app opens and stops responding.  I can only get it to run in Administrator mode using my PIN credentials.  I've tried to uninstall and reinstall both Minecraft and Norton to no avail.

Hi MojoCo04,
We would like to understand the issue better. 
Could you please "Turn Off" Norton Family on the child's windows account and try the following?
1. Launch Minecraft without Administrator Mode + PIN. Is the game getting launched and working?

The issue appears to have been resolved. My child can now run the app without needing the admin PIN. Thanks!
