If you have forgotten your Norton Password Manager vault password, one way you can access your vault to change the password is if you have Norton Password Manager installed on a mobile device and you have already set up biometric access to your vault. Another way is if you have the Mobile Unlock feature enabled for your Norton Password Manager vault. You may be able to open the vault from your mobile device using the Mobile unlock, and then you can change the password in the vault settings.
