Spam emails are not being flagged by Norton

Windows 10 Outlook is getting large amount of junk/spam email that is not getting flagged as such.  Having to manually request "unsubscribe" on each.  Have found some that don't have unsubscribe option.  How can this program assist with removing/preventing these emails.

This action is not recommended for spam posts. It only notifies the spammer that they have found an active email address. Now they can send even more spam, or worse, they sell your email address to other spammers.

There is nothing that can stop spammers from sending emails to your account. All you can do is manage/filter them when they do come in. You might be able to contact your email provider to see if they can up the spam filter level on your account.
