Norton Family time supervision and weekly report

Norton Family (ver 5.7.0.10) weekly report for children's device ( Oppo A9) showing zero hour and zero alerts, but showing apps hours usage. And my child can continue to use the device without any time limit, no warning. It is still working fine in previous week.
