Solved.
VPN WITHIN 360 SUITE NOT CONNECTING
I HAVE AS PART OF MY WINDOWS 360 A VPN SERVICE BUT ALTHOUGH IT DID WORK IT IS NOW NOT ABLE TO CONNECT.

i have solved this problem with the VPN.
i find that with Fast write enabled in Norton utilities caused problems with my Norton VPN and it wouldn't connect , as soon as I disabled the feature it solved the problem, i dont know why but I suspect it is causing the drivers to not load fully. My disc is SSD I have read articles suggesting Fast write should not be used with solid state drives.
