Can anyone identify this blocked website?

Hi,

I am new to the Norton Family Controls. Currently, I receive 10-20 or more emails concerning a specific blocked website. Typically, I can click on the link to view the website to verify. But, this particular link takes me to a blank page. My email box ends up full with the same blocked website.

Is there a way to identify and/or verify this website?

******** was blocked from visiting a website from the Blocked Website list:

r3.o.lencr.org (Category: Technology)

We are using Norton Family Premier, Win10

R3.o.lencr.org is a browser-redirecting app that attaches itself to the main browser in the computer and takes control over some of its settings. R3.o.lencr.org aims to bring different ads to the user’s screen and to promote certain sites by page-redirecting the browser to them.

R3.o.lencr.org is a domain that the users encounter on their web browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and any other one, only when these browsers get hijacked. The browser hijacker comes in a form of Chromium-based browser and conducts all these changes at once. This is potentially unwanted application because it often comes without users’ consent. It is found bundled inside a software package downloaded from third party hosting sites.  Users are not presented with the all the apps included in package until they see Custom/Advanced option.

Thank you, I am researching your suggestions and links. I do use Malwarebytes as one of my pc security methods on that PC so surprised it wasn't caught.
