Network Fees Questions

So are the Network fees different per time of the day? Cause sometimes they are really high and sometimes they are less. Also will there be in the future and option to change the Network fee type so that you can chose the lowest fee. Maybe this has been brought up already and I apologize for that.

Okay so fees fluctuate so just have to check throughout the day till the fees get low then just withdraw it.

The transaction fees (gas price) is dictated by the network congestion and how many transactions are happening on the Ethereum network.

Ethereum Gas Price Charts & Historical Gas Fees – ethereumprice

This will show you the price chart for fees, which is not related to the amount of money being transferred within a transaction.

Oh I see thanks I'll check it out. I notice that at certain times the fees are low and at other times it is high. So just have to check through out the day.

I am in Argentina and currently it takes me 9.86 USD to withdraw my gain to Coinbase. It is unacceptable! What's the ideal time to withdraw guys?
