Is there something that "Coinbase" does not allow that you believe we need to support other exchanges? What other exchanges are you thinking of?

The transaction fee to move from your wallet in Norton to Coinbase is not set by Norton. This is the standard fees set by the Ethereum network. You can see the historical prices here: https://ycharts.com/indicators/ethereum_average_gas_price
