Is @zuberance.com a legit email address?

I have received an email purporting to be from Norton for "Rate & Review Norton 360 Premium" that went to the spam folder. email address was nortonuk@zuberance.com. On investigating in my gmail account there was a statement saying "Why is this message in spam? It is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past". Is this spam???

Zuberance is an approved business partner of NortonLifeLock. Select customers and members will receive an email from nortonlifelock(@)zuberance.com
