norton crypto is saying "waiting for gpu to go into idle" how do i manually turn my miner on?

If you have the miner feature available and turn on, it waits until your GPU is idle so as to try not to affect the regular use of your system. There is no way for you to over ride this process. Try leaving your system running while you are not using it for a period of time and see if the miner kicks in. ie Dinner time, or over night if you leave your computer on 24/7.
