I have Norton 360 Premium with 75GB of Back Up space. After I used Norton Remove & Reinstall program I only had 24GB of Back Up space. How do I get the 75GB of Back Up space I paid for?

I would appreciate anyone who can help with this issue. Thanks!

Maybe, delete stored cloud backup set/s.

Thanks bjm! Deleting the cloud backup set did restore my 75 GB of backup space in Norton 360. Unfortunately, when I tried to set up a new backup set only for my iTunes library (50GB) Norton 360 keeps adding other folders/files. I keep getting the message that the backup is too big for the space I have available. I will review the other links you sent to see if I can figure it out. Thanks again!

You need to turn off all the default backup items Norton suggests, and then just have the folders you want added, as you have already done. In the Backup Settings What tab, turn off all the defaults as in my image below. Then see if the size of your backup set comes into line.

Thanks Peter! Though I didn’t ask for assistance you helped me anyway. MUCH appreciated! Your screenshot helped clarify what I needed to do. Your solution helped me solve the issue. I was finally able to backup my iTunes library to the Norton 360 cloud. This thread is the first time I have been on the Norton Forum. You guys are really helpful. Thanks!
