how to delete "Textinputhost.exe " not found by Norton anti-virus

I have had "Textinputhost.exe" in my window 10 for weeks and Norton's virus and malware has not found it yet.

What is TextInputHost.exe?

All: Just to elaborate on the post by bjm_ a bit. He is correct that the file is legitimate. It however is NOT hidden when you are logged into your system under an admin account as shown below. It is also listed as a running process in task manager using the Cntrl+Alt+Del key sequence. There is no reason Norton would attempt to remove this since it has a signed signature as was already pointed out. Hope this helps explain things in a palatable way.
