Odd behavior for Norton Password Manager plus others

I have been experiencing odd things with PM for sometime now. Such as random request for mobile unlock, that is not me, updated a website login id as "English", and PM itself either closing without prompting by me or conversely even staying open on laptop even after a complete shutdown of browser. Now it always turns off on my Android (Samsung S20FE) plus now my banking app (Chase) and MS Edge are not staying full screen for even 3 seconds on local wifi but will stay open on cell/mobil data. Sometimes PM does not open at all unless I seek it out. On laptop I have disengaged and removed PM from Edge browser extensions, I have uninstalled PM, Chase and Edge from cellphone. Now PM will not reinstall from Playstore. It will get up to 90-99% and just stop....forever. Same happened with Chase app (however I got the Chase app to reinstall via my app "history" in Playstore but it still has the same problems). At this point I do not know if it is the Android version 12 update, Norton, Google, MS or a virus yet to be discovered, all I know is I am sick of how much time tech stuff is occupying my time. Given the New World reality of India and China going into business more often and eliminating the US at some point as the "worlds currency". I may have to pull the plug on Norton after all. Add to this that I have yet to see my $200.00 coupon for my former Norton Core. I may just have to cut my losses.
