My Norton 360 Deluxe Secure VPN blocks my Email on macOS Monterey Version 12.2.1

When I Turn On  my Norton 360 Deluxe Secure VPN on macOS Monterey Version 12.2.1 it blocks me email. I cannot receive any new email.
I asked Norton Tech Support and they demonstrated a complete ignorance on the subject. Big disappointment. 

I wonder if anybody else had similar problem, and what would be the possible remedy.
