I have been receiving emails constantly about subscription renewal

My subscription expires on May 1, 2022.  Yet I have been receiving emails constantly harassing me trying to make me update my subsciption NOW.  Guys i have been with you for years since 2016.  What is this all about???????????  Please respond directly to my email account.  Thank you

Norton Support is thru Chat & Phone.  No Email. 

Verify that an email you receive from Norton is legitimate

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting.
