The renewal page doesn't show any offers for the renewal

I keep getting an offer pop-up.  saying " see our offer to renew"   click on it. takes me to the renewal page and price.... guess what no offer just the same price.   what offer.  if none then why offer one. let alone pop-up  large on on screen

the pop-up  states offer will pop up in your basket.  well started that process up to payment. with what's in your shopping basket. still nothing apart from the renewal price.
