VPN Does not Connect

Spent two hours with Norton Support and two hours with Microsoft Support. Neither could fix issue. But I followed the instructions to Uninstall and Reinstall the WAN Miniport Drivers using Device Manager. It appeared that the drivers were trying to update and had a caution symbols. WANMiniport IKEv2, WANMiniport IP and WANMiniport IPv6. All of which the Norton Support Identified but could no update. So I uninstalled them and they automatically reinstalled. The caution symbol cleared. I then went back to VPN and it connected both manually and in auto.
