This problem can happen due to one of the following reasons:
- Inconsistent network connectivity.
- Push notifications not enabled for Norton Password Manager app.
- To fix tis problem, change your network connection. If your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, switch to the cellular or mobile data connection on your mobile device.
- If the problem persists, ensure that the Push notifications for Norton Password Manager are enabled on your mobile device.
- Depending on your operating system, do one of the following:
Enable Push notifications on Android.
The following steps may vary depending on the device manufacturer and the version of Android OS.
From the Home screen, launch Settings.
Tap Apps & notifications.
In the top-right corner of the Apps & notifications window, tap the search icon.
Search for and tap Norton Password Manager.
Tap Notifications.
Make sure that all the notifications for Norton Password Manager are turned on.
Exit Settings.
- Enable Push notifications on iOS
Launch Settings.
Tap Notifications.
From the list of apps, tap Norton Password Manager.
Make sure that the Allow Notifications is turned on.
