USB Drive Detected - How to stop it from reappearing?

Whenever I start my computer and insert my SD card, this message will pop up. I tried closing it by pressing the 'X' button, but it would keep reappearing, even if I used Task Manager to end task. The only way to get rid of this is to restart my computer. However, restarting my computer is time consuming. Are there any other ways to stop this?

Curious, did you try changing USB Drive Scan from Ask Me to On or Off + Apply?
