On the verge of cancelling Norton all together.
I have contacted 4-5 CS Reps all who think they know how to uninstall 360 and upgrade Norton to a different, BUT STILL NORTON (Deluxe) for Windows product. I have even watched them do what they do, and can do it myself but am getting stuck in the same place where they are an old product is deleting please wait.
Finally they upgraded my Ticket to a Support Tech 2. The Remove and Reinstall click HERE button on the screen does not function like they want it to.
I have rec'd an e:mail may 17TH stating that they will call back in 48 hours. My clock works like every OTHER CLOCK does! What a JOKE that is! I have had to call 4x to tell Norton, to call me when I can take the call and have time to sit from of my computer FOR 45 MINUTES or longer, while I watch them restart my computer 20 times! The 5th Rep I have spoken with, informed me the Tech 2's don't have a lot of issue accounts to call. SO WHY CAN'T I GET A CALL BACK???
I feel, Norton doesn't CARE about the accts they have, or they would take better care of their CUSTOMERS!!! I am tired of waiting for them to call for technical issues. For years I have just renewed, spent the money to pay for the product. This year, I am watching out for MY best interest and renewing the product at a discounted rate.
If anyone can make recommendations, please I am all ears. I really don't want to "CHAT" with another Rep just to tell me, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR TECH 2 TO CALL ME! How can I get straight to them???
