My Norton 360 app was ALL yellow this a.m

I'm not sure if I fell asleep with my finger on my phone, but this morn my pp was LL YELLOW, instead of just the little yellowbox in the corner. When I g to use the app my phone pg turns grey & white & the search box (to put website or search word in) is way at the top of my phone where my time, power, etc., info is, & I see all. That leads me to think I dozed off on my phone last night. How do I correct this? I' a 5 non-tech person. I' guessing delete app & reinstall via Google Play Store? I need help plz! (I did find out this morning how to lock my home screen so once I get it fixed will do that for nights I fall asleep listening to a book! Ha! Thx for any help!

What device and Android version are you using?

A recent update to the 360 Android app did change the icons to a bright yellow icon. Maybe that is what you are seeing.

I have a Samsung S10 "Notebook" w/Bixby pen (I barely have used) but I use it as my computer most of the time as it's faster w/my caring for 2 elderly parents by myself who both have different late stage dementia. I fear that's all I know. I bought it right after it came out b4 Covid in 2019. (I'm the type that hates ANY debt, so use things til they break & THEN buy new 1's, so know I'm "behind" tech-wise but I always do the upgrades & have used Norton for my cell phone & computer for so long I can't remember. The only thing that bothers me (the full yellow icon doesn't) is that when I bring it up to type in my web page I want, the pg/box is all the way to the VERY TOP of my screen on my phone. I don't know why that changed & can't figure out how to get it back to the search place you type in being UNDER my cell phone info.normally @ the top. Thank you for your reply. I feel so dumb about all this! I appreciate any help!

Are you searching in a browser? Which browser are you using? This does not sound like an issue with Norton.

I thought about sending a screen shot. Thx! I X'd out a couple recent searches but the pic's n my Gallery & the Upload will only take text, zip, or pdf. I haven't figured out how to do that yet but will keep trying & send u the screenshot asap. May have to send to my laptop & do from there. Made pic as small as possible but didn't work. I really appreciate your time. I care for 2 elderly parents who BOTH have different dementias alone & I'm disabled, so 4give me if it takes a day 2 reply. Blessings.

I use Duck Duck GO, which Norton's always worked well with. I search on my Norton & it comes up on my Duck Duck GO. When I directly use Duck Duck GO, search screen is normal. Only since my Norton App turned ALL yellow did my Nortson search screen change...(on my Samsung Galaxy 10S). Hope that helps. Still can't sent screens hot. Sorry.

Are you using the browser in Norton Password Manager app? Is that where you see this?
