Hello I believe my 12 year old son is deleting the Management Profile from Norton on his phone and / or shutting off the VPN. Is there a technical solution to prevent this?

Hi @raulcruz136,

Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Apple devices have the limitation wherein user of the device has the supreme authority over their device. Hence removal of device management profile and switching off the VPN cannot be prevented.

We send a notification to parents when the management profile is removed. You can click on the Norton Family Companion App to reinstall the profile. Whereas VPN will be re-enabled once the Norton Family Companion App is launched.
