Need help I can't reset password in norton app lock

Hallo I forgot the pattern to get into the norton app lock settings, even I can't uninstall cause I made admin rights.

When I press reset pattern code I come to login my Google account , then it always days wrong password, even I tried 100 times.

The mail adress given is correct 

What is wrong here? Does it really asks for the actual password?

Please help thanks in advance

When trying to reset a pattern or PIN you are directed to a Google Account page. Be sure you are logging into the Google Account that is associated with the device you are using, and enter the password for that Google Account.
