You have renewed my subscribcription automatically, I don't need Norton for this year. Can you pls refund my money. your transaction id [Removed]. transaction date 13/05/2022. amount you charged $94.99.  invoice id [Removed]-1.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.

My subscription Auto renewed I would like to cancel that renewal and get a refund. Transaction ID [removed] 06/06/2022. How can I do that every step I take is a dead end!
