When trying to run "file clean up" I get ERROR

I keep getting ERROR every time I try to do file clean up in tune up. Than when I click on details it say's " Attempt to  load the clean up engine failed" When I click on the ? it does nothing. What do I need to do to fix this? MY computer is running slow now. I just want to do a Tune Up..
