I paid for Norton in January 2022 and it's disappeared from my computer. I have tried every self help method available but I can't get a human on the phone. I'm still on hold for 130 minutes and counting. Please don't hang up? Really?

can you go to https://my.norton.com and sign in to your Norton Account? From there you will see your subscriptions and have the ability to download and install your product
