My child attends online courses through sites such as classicalacademicpress.com. I've restricted website access to only approved websites. The problem is that videos from the classical academic press site will not play and give a message of being blocked by the firewall or internet not being accessible. How do I fix this?

Upon analyzing the backend data, we have seen that Brave browser was used in the child's windows machine which is an unsupported browser.
Could you please ensure that the child is using one of the Norton Family supported browsers(Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox)?
Also, please make sure that the Norton Family browser extensions are enabled in the supported browsers.
Could you please recheck if the issue persists with the supported browsers and let us know if you need further assistance.
