I keep getting email notifications for this forum

I keep getting email notifications for this forum. I've set by notification flag to "none". I've not subscribed to any posts. I can't cancel my forum membership.

I've called customer support. They want me to allow access to my computer or download and run a file. I told them NO!.

I am so done with Norton.
