Norton Crypto withdrawl

hey all, 

i just recently withdrew some crypto from my norton crypto for etherium but its not showing up in my coinbase account please help!!! no idea where it went and im out my withdrawl if thats the case and i will probably stop mining because if i cant even withdrawl theres no point. again please help asap i setup a coinbase account through the norton software but it doesnt show my crypto there.
