Cannot run Nortons 'clean',

Having just having renewed contract. I cannot run "Clean' ..plus Nortons Icon looks different??

 The error I am getting, which comes after only 1 minute ?? -  states.. 

"An unexpected error occurred and we are unable to show you the results, please try again later"

This occurs every time I try to run it?? where to from here?

P.S. I am running MacOS Monterey version 12.4
