remove and reinstall

After three (3) installs / reinstalls of "Norton Remove and Reinstall" download, and being told to contact Microsoft Windows, then call Norton one more time back... I am on the verge of cancelling my relationship with Symantec / Norton / LifeLock after some 15+ years.  I am hoping that someone skilled with the Company is monitoring "Community" and is willing and prepared to prevent the resignation from happening and contacts me directly with more than remedial support.  Here's hoping! By the way you have my phone number and e-dress...   (Canadian, eh!)

For Norton technical issues please include details for faster assistance from our forum Gurus and contributors:

  • This is a public community. Please DO NOT post any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your email address, product key or phone number
  • Norton product or service name and version
  • Operating system - version / build 
  • Norton error message / error code / screen shot
  • Steps to reproduce issue
