Bock Incoming and OutGoing Traffic From a Domain

Hi, I need to block all incoming and outgoing traffic to and from my Mac that is being sent or originates for a domain name (e.g. rest.xxxxx.com) that is for any port. Can this be achieved in Norton 360 for Mac, either by the firewall or another product?
