Why would I want to do an auto renewal for higher price?

Why would I want to do an auto renewal for $104.00 when I can cancel my subscription and buy a new one from Amazon for 84.00?

Please check your Norton account to manage licenses / subscriptions.
https://my.norton.com/extspa/account/subscriptions

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expire.
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expire.
  • Users report not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting approx 30-45 days before current term expire.

Users may always check subscription terms/best price via > Contact Norton Support

Users may always shop reputable online/retail vendors for best price.

Re: Why would I want to do an auto renewal for higher price?

You need to use your email and password that you have used when you purchased the subscription to login Norton account. Then, please hover the mouse on your Name right hand side top of the page, Please click on " Manage My Subscription" find the subscription name you want to manage. Then on the right side of the subscription name you will get "Activate / De-Activate Subscription Renewal" option. Just click on that to cancel the Auto renewal service.
