Norton Password Manager not working yet again!

For the umpteenth time, Norton Password Manager is not working, from the Web Browsers, from within Norton LifeLock 360 program or from signing onto my Norton account and accessing it from there. WHY can't they keep this   Password Manager working? Am I the only one having problems with it not working (I have Windows 11 on a brand new computer and it was working fine yesterday). ? I have uninstalled the extention, and reinstalled it. It's really odd that I can't access it from the Norton website. 
Thanks in advance for any help someone can give.

Well, lo and behold, I get up this morning and viola` Password Manager is working again. I chatted with a tech last night, but he couldn't do anything but 'escalate' my case to their top tier and they're supposed to call me back in 5 days. I think the problem is that every time Windows does an update, or Norton updates their product, Password Manager gets caught in the crossfire. At any rate, it's working again, so unless someone else is having the same problem, this is solved.

This is the error message I've received today: "Sorry. Something went wrong, Please try again". This happens with Edge, Chrome, from my Norton Account and from within the Norton 260 program itself.

Having problems all day. Seems to be happening with Edge and Firefox. Tried with Chrome, and it works. Please correct this...

Just removed and reinstalled Norton Password Manager from Microsoft Edge and then reinstalled it, and it is functioning again. Why didn't Norton suggest this easy fix sooner? Don't they read these Community posts?

doodaman, Obviously, they do not! It would be very helpful IF they would pop their heads in here every once in awhile. And it would be very helpful if they told us not only that they were having problems, but that they are aware of the problem and they are in the process of fixing it, instead of that nebulous 'Sorry, Something went wrong, try again" message that tells us NADA, NOTHING, NO reason or way to fix it. I finally gave up and downloaded Enpass. At least I can access my passwords through that when PM is on the fritz. 
Happy that you are up and running again. Mine started working all on its own, the morning after I had chatted with a tech (who couldn't do anything but schedule a phone call in 5 days... did that awhile back and I could barely understand them. So I said, thanks and closed the chat) 
I really like Norton 360 and have used the PM for years (going back to when a copy was stored on our PC so we could (in an emergency) access our passwords) 
Oh well... if wishes were fishes..

I am having the same problem,. Cannot open Password Manager.  Using Edge and Firefox.

I shouldn't have to remove and reinstall. Fix it!

You are absolutely correct. No one should have this much trouble with a PM. While I do like Norton's PM, there are times when it's just not working. I tried several other 'backup' managers and finally settled on Enpass. It pulled my passwords from NPM easily, and I can access that when Norton is on the blink and get my bills paid etc etc.

Hopefully, Norton will start working again for you. I'm sorry you're having the same problem a lot of us have had or are having.

Thank you for the info AzLady. NPM works fine on my iPad. I can always access my passwords from there.

That's great! I can also access NPM from my phone, but I don't pay bills on my phone, just on my PC. I just think that things that we pay for ought to work on all platforms. Color me old fashioned... but that's the way things used to be. They worked!

NPM not working on firefox. Get

Open a new window and it is blank. I'm having more and more problems with Norton. Expires in a couple of months. Think I will go elsewhere after starting in the 80's with Norton Utilities. Oh well...
